Hosted at Sexy Fish in Mayfair, London, attendees discussed the state of the development market, upcoming leadership changes in government and their perspective on the future for residential and commercial property.

The guests represented companies such as Arada, Birkett Hall Homes, Kaya Landmarks, Bruckland Developments, Greystar, Revere Homes, and Urban Splash.

John Adam Street Finance’s CEO Jason Garrett said that attendees gained valuable connections, having planned subsequent meetings with fellow guests.

He added that the senior developers shared their successes and issues they’ve encountered in the market, with the individuals explaining that “it was so beneficial and fruitful to be able to open up to peers and share ideas.”

Jason said that 60 new developers have joined the DLC group, which is now being used to circulate land deals, since the first lunch in January.

The next developers lunch club will take place in November this year.
